Willow View only carry out individual cremations, no communal, all cremations are solely one to one by appointment, your pet is treated at all times with the upmost respect and dignity they deserve, just as they gave us while they were with us in life.
We believe our best friends need to be home as soon as possible, this allows the family to start to grieve with the peace of mind that they are home.
At Willow View we do our upmost to return your pet within 24 hours, if you have arranged for your pet to come to us in the morning, ashes can be returned by the same evening. The only time we have not been able to do this is when a bespoke casket or plaque is ordered and not in stock.
Attended Service
This service allows you the option to see as much or as little of the service you want, the attended service needs to be booked prior, is it at this time we discuss the complete service and process.
People who have used the attended service normally stay to see their pet carefully placed into the individual chamber, then leave to visit our village cafe or just go for a walk, this service does incur an additional charge.
We welcome any visit by appointment to discuss any requirements you may need, this we recommend as when the day comes we are already aware of your wishes making the day slightly easier for the family.
Sadly we realise this is not always possible, but we do our upmost to try and help families. Being animal lovers ourselves we understand the devastation and heartbreak of losing our best friends.
Please note that for any out of hours services or calls, an additional charge will be incurred.
Our temporary opening hours are:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 16:00
Saturday: 11:00 – 16:00
Sunday: Closed
